View our platform as an ordering and quoting tool, rather than a design tool. Before ordering, design your cabinets as you will need to customize your cabinets according to your specifications, including dimensions, materials, and finishes. Once you have created a new job on the system, you will need to create a room to be able to add products. A “room” should be viewed as an area like a kitchen or laundry, or section thereof. This is important because the room settings and product defaults will be applied to all the cabinetry added to that room. This can however be changed on a per-cabinet basis if needed. Depth entered should only reflect carcass depth and excludes the thickness of the doors/drawer fronts, as this is crucial when ordering panels. Panel depth should be calculated as carcass depth + door thickness + 1.5mm. To ensure accuracy, use the PDF “Job Properties List” to check and double-check the order before finalizing it. This is the same document we review on our side when checking your order. This will ensure that all details, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and accessories, are correct and you receive the cabinets that meet your specific requirements. We prefer to use Hettich Innotech White and Blum Antaro drawers as our hardware of choice, as they are both soft-closing with a lifetime guarantee. Hettich is priced a bit better than Blum Antaro drawers. It’s also important to note that matching hinges for Hettich Innotech are Sensys, while matching hinges for Blum Antaro drawers are Blum inserta. Both are also soft-closing.Below are a few how-to videos on how to use the platform as well as links to other resources to assist with the ordering phase.
